TASTING NOTES: Giuseppe De Siena
Ruby red with elegant garnet reflections. On the nose it tells fascinating perceptions of blackberries and sour cherries in alcohol. Followed by complex hints of cocoa, vanilla, almonds and carob. On the palate it shows an impetuous elegance. The tannin is velvety and embraces all the taste-olfactory senses. Soft is the freshness that becomes structural. The overripe fruit is a very pleasant return that leaves room for a finish of great persistence and sweet spices
Type of wine: Primitivo 100%

Ideal with: The importance and the enveloping nature of this Primitivo indulge in fine meats such as venison and wild boar. Combined with stewed lamb and spiced roast beef it becomes an exaltation of maximum pleasure. Stuffed peppers and aubergine rolls are a great curiosity from the vegetable dish.
