What does the transport price include?

The rates detailed on this page include, in addition to the transport of the ordered products, their packaging in boxes specially designed to transport bottles, insurance against loss or breakage, as well as VAT in the territories where this tax is applied.

The expenses incurred by the customs of the destination country are not included, if any, they will be borne by the client.

Do you offer free transport from a certain number of bottles or amount?

Yes. From a certain purchase amount —not bottles—, we offer free shipping or a significant discount on shipping costs. For more details, see the information and prices table for each destination and country.

Keep in mind, however, that this promotion is only valid for orders placed directly on our website (orders requested by e-mail or by phone are excluded from it) and that it cannot be combined with certain offers, especially those that cover most or all of our catalog. In case of doubt, in the same table of information and prices for transport you can see at any time if the transport promotion is valid or not, and from what amount.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, the stocks available for each product ordered, and the day of the week and the time the order is placed. As a general rule, the deadline for a delivery in mainland Spain is 24/48 hours provided that the purchase has been made before 1:00 p.m. and that all products are available in stock at that time; For the Balearic Islands and other destinations, delivery takes between 4 and 6 days ( see the delivery times for each destination ). The terms are indicated in working days and always subject to payment.

All products indicate on their file the number of bottles or units available for immediate shipment, as well as the usual supply period in case of stock break or insufficient quantity to cover your purchase. For the same purpose, you will also find, in the summary of your cart, an estimated delivery date according to the products purchased and the indicated delivery address. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification message, and a second email a little later with the data to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

What happens if a bottle breaks on the way?

In the event that a bottle breaks during transport, Zeronovewine will make the necessary arrangements to recover all the products in your order, and will make a complete re-dispatch of all the products in your order.

If when you receive the order you detect a damp box or suspect that a breakage may have occurred, do not accept the order, and contact us so that let's manage the incident.

Can I ask them to come at a certain time or to let me know before going?

As a general rule, no. The contracted conditions are for a standard service (not urgent), economic, with delivery during the day, from Monday to Friday and without prior notice.

Although most agencies adapt to a delivery only in the morning or only in the afternoon, this is not always possible and the agency is not obliged to attend these types of requests. We recommend indicating an address where there is always someone during the day to receive delivery on the first attempt.

What if I'm not home when the carrier arrives?

It is important to bear in mind that the number of delivery attempts depends on the agency contracted in each country and may vary from one area to another; in some destinations, they may only try once.

Do I have to pay something to the transport company?

Transportation is generally included in the total order price. However, if you have chosen to pay cash on delivery, you must pay the carrier in this case the full amount of the order.
